Our cooking with spices course will allow you to transform your dishes with the use of spices and an understanding of different aroma and flavour that can be used to create a fantastic curry or sweet treat.

Course Content

At NSIA our short courses provide you with useful skills you can use straight away and in the future. The aim of our Cooking with Spices course is to help you create a tasty curry and understand which spices to use to bring about flavours in your dish. Our Indian MasterChef will pass on the tricks of the trade and the best skills to create some outstanding flavours.
